Stars on which country's flag shows the sky of 15 November 1889 ,  day on which it became republic  ??

1.  Brazil 

2.  Australia 

3.  United States of America

Answer 

This question was answerable by looking at options and eliminating some of them   !!!!

Both Australia and New Zealand flags are somewhat similar having Union Jack at the upper left corner and having some stars in the dark blue background.

The dark blue background can not be taken as sky  !!!

Australia and New Zealand ruled out !!!

I have seen the photo of USA flag. It is fully covered with stripes.

United States of America ruled out  !!!

Now we will look at Brazilian flag..... 

Brazilian flag is quite unique !!

It has a distinctive colour combo of green, yellow and blue. It also has celestial sphere in the center.

The blue sphere actually depicts the night sky over Brazil on 15 November 1889 when the country became republic   !!!

It also shows stars arranged at that time on sky  !!!!
