Stone, which will not sink in water !
Before knowing the answer, let us understand why do stones sink in water? Stones are denser than water . Hence they displace more water than their weight ( volume ) . Thats why it sinks in water. What if we are able to make a stone which displaces less water than its weight ? Then it floats in water ! Same logic applies to huge ships which travel in water without sinking.
There are stones called Pumic stones ( Volcanic stones ) . They have many pores filled with air. Hence , they look large but actually they are having air inside. They displace water which is less than their actual weight. Hence they will float.
