When the work done without thinking . . . .
A fox was seen wandering here and there in the woods. It observed a well . Well was not having much water in it. The water which was present in well was crystal clear and fox could see its image in it. Fox kept on looking at image and was admiring its beauty.
It slightly bent so that it can have a clear image. Suddenly, it fell down into the well. As the water level was less in the well, fox was still alive and it was thinking of a way to get out of the well.
That time, a goat was passing by. Seeing the fox inside the well, goat was surprised. It asked the fox what it is doing in the well ? Fox instantly came out with a plan. It said to goat that a famine is going to hit the woods in near future and there is going to be a scarcity of drinking water.
Thats why, it has jumped into the well, and is drinking water so that it can survive the famine. Listening to that, goat was scared of unavailability of drinking water and without thinking it jumped into the well. Fox welcomed the goat and said the water of well is very sweet to drink.
As the goat started drinking water, fox climbed on the back of goat and reached the outer edge of well and got out of the well. Before running into the forest, it wished good luck to goat for the help it has done to fox to come up from the well.
