I like the raitas without cucumber in it . My mother prepared this raita today.
Ingredients
Plain curd - 3 cups
Salt - As per taste
Onion - 1
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Green chillies - chopped - as required
Coriander leaves - chopped - to garnish
Method
Chop onions into small pieces . Along with green chillies , cumin powder and salt mix well with curd .
Now garnish with coriander leaves. Serve chilled .
