Why did Parashuram opted to be a warrior instead of a guru ?

We know that Parashuram avatar is the 5 th avatar of God Vishnu .


Parashuram was the fifth child of couple saint Jamadagni and Renuka .


In ancient India , the main work of a saint is to teach . They were honoured by people who called them guru .

Saint Jamadagni was in the land ruled by king Kartha Veerarjun . King had a feeling that saints are misguiding the people by giving lectures against the king .



That's why he was always giving trouble to saints . He stopped giving financial assistance to their schools . Also he ordered his soldiers to burn their houses and to arrest them and beat them.


Parashuram since his birth was watching all these evil works of the king . Obviously he developed hate against kings in his mind .


Parashuram as a child only  , refused to follow his father's teaching profession . He wanted to be a warrior so that he can fight with kings .


He left his house in search of a guru who can teach him war skills . By watching his skills in fighting  , God Shiva himself had agreed to be his guru .

Some facts about Kalki avatara of God Vishnu

             We all know that God Vishnu till now has taken 9 avatara. They are - - - -

1. Matsya ( fish)

2. Kurma ( tortoise)

3. Varaha ( wild pig)  

4. Narasimha ( lion)

5. Vamana ( small boy)

6. Parashurama

7. Rama

8. Krishna 

9. Buddha 

It is said in our puranas that God Vishnu takes 10 avatara to protect the world and mankind. 

The 10th avatara that is Kalki avatara still not happened yet. 

God Vishnu takes the Kalki avatara  when there is just 100 years to the end of the world. 

Also God Vishnu will born as Kalki in somewhere around Tibet.

When Kalki will born that time river Ganga and river Yamuna both will be dried up. World will be full of misery then. 

Adjustments are the key to many problems

 There was a group of porcupines in a village. These porcupines are always staying in group.

One winter season, snowfall has happened in the village. The atmosphere was full of snow flakes.

The porcupines though they were staying together in a group, had very difficult times in that winter. 

Some aged porcupines started dying because of cold weather. All the porcupines called for an emergency meeting. 

The subject of meeting was very clear, that is how to withstand cold weather and live safely in the winter. 

Porcupines after lots of discussion, came out with the solution. They formed a line with all porcupines standing . The children and elderly porcupines should be there in the middle of the line. 

The young and healthy porcupines should stand at both the ends of line. Porcupines must stand in the line such that body of one porcupine touches the body of another. 

All the porcupines stood like that. Like this, part of body heat of one porcupine got transferred to another. Like this all the porcupines felt warmer. 

Now new problem raised. We know that porcupines are full of  thorns.  When they are standing are standing with their bodies touched, some porcupines complained that the thorns of other porcupines poked them. 

That time, older porcupines advised them to get adgust or perish in the winter. 

MORAL : Adjustments are the key to many problems. 

Jugnu from Badshah

 Yesterday I was listening to the pop songs of 2021 on Mtv beats.

That time I got this song, jugnu from Badshah. It was No. 1 in the chart. 

Instantly I liked the song. The dancing beat of the song and the choreography featuring Badshah all are just perfect. 

I have downloaded the song so that I can hear it when I am offline also. 

The music video had English subtitles too. Otherwise I will not come to know the lyrics itself. 

First day of 2022, I enjoyed it by listening to this song all day long, as I was watching the song on YouTube. 

YouTube must have thought what a crazy girl listening to same song again and again through out the day! 

Gunda got tricked....

 Yesterday I saw Gunda coming through gate . Gunda is always welcome in our house . Gunda is well behaved . He enters the house only if my parents are there in the house . 

But yesterday my parents were not in the house . I thought if he realizes that parents are not there , Gunda may change his mind to come inside the house .

I didn't want that . So I opened the main door half . Then I just hid myself in the room which is too far from the main door .

I couldn't see what he is doing . First he entered into the house as the door was half open . He must have got surprised by seeing the silence in the house .

First thing he did was he called my name . But I didn't answer . He again called out my name this time loudly . But this time also I kept quiet .

He started searching every corner of the house , continuously calling my name . I felt pity about him . Meanwhile I was angry on myself for playing with his feelings .

But I wanted to see what will he do next ? There are two options . Either he will leave the house or he will continue to search the house for me .

But he continued to search the house  , continuously calling my name . I was happy that Gunda is still hopeful of finding me . I just kept waiting for him to enter the room where I am hiding from him all this time .

Soon he entered the room . I couldn't stop myself from clapping with joy . Hearing that , he just turned his head in the direction of sound . He spotted me  sitting on bed .

He just jumped on the bed . He came near me ......

.......

He then slept on my lap . That's all .......

Gunda is the name of pet tomcat of my neighbour . He treats our house and us as his own family .
