 My nephew Aniruddha is football fan too. ..!!! 

Now FIFA World Cup matches are going on, I started to tell my limited knowledge of football game. 

Me  :  Aniruddha,  FIFA World Cup matches are going on  .. ..!!! 

Aniruddha  :  Yes  , this time 48 countries are participating...... 

Me :  That is a huge number   !!!  

           Can you name some of the countries   ???? 

I thought he would name  2-4 countries.

By hearing the names of countries continuously without a break , I forgot to count them    !!! 

Still I am recovering from the shock    ....!!!!

 My nephew Aniruddha is a hyper active kid since childhood.

This incident I am sharing has happened when he was a master in doing all types of pranks but not old enough to join school !!!

One day my mother means Aniruddha's grandma was teaching him how to receive guests who have come to our house.

My mother was explaining him whoever come to house and ask for them, Aniruddha have to invite them inside and ask them to have a seat .

Aniruddha nodded his head  !!!

That one sunny day, we two, I and Aniruddha were in the house.

As usual, I was lying down on sofa and was relaxing  !!!!

Aniruddha was busy in playing with his bus toy offering free trips to imaginary passengers !!!

That time door bell rang ............

I instructed Aniruddha to have a look.

Aniruddha went near the door and opened it.

I heard him saying,

Please come inside....... Have a seat........!!!!

But whoever was outside the door, was asking Aniruddha to call other elder members of house  !!!

I heard Aniruddha repeatedly saying, Please come inside.... Have a seat......

The outsider was shouting at  Aniruddha to call the elder members of house ...!!!!

I thought what a manner less person.

I decided to have a look by myself.

It was our cable operator ......!!!!

He had come to collect the monthly rent.....

He is already a short tempered man  !!!!

With him, Aniruddha is repeatedly telling,

Please come inside. Have a seat........!!!!!

I hurriedly went inside and fetched the money.

I gave him the monthly rent.

Aniruddha was still standimg there and was watching all these.

Cable operator was about to leave,

That time Aniruddha said ......

Ba..... Ba..... Bye      ......!!!!!

 My nephew Aniruddha was preparing for his English grammar exam.

I was given the responsibility of checking his preparedness for the upcoming exam  !!!

So I was asking him some simple questions.

As he is still in his primary school , I asked him this question.

Me  :   Tell me the difference between flour and floor  ??!!

Aniruddha  :  There is no difference.  Both are same....

Then I wrote both the words in a piece of paper and asked him to tell the answer now.

Aniruddha :    (   thinking deeply  ,  went silent  )

Me  :   Tell me the answer  , you are taking too much time...... 

Aniruddha  :  (  Looking at the paper   )

                       :     SPELLING OF BOTH ARE  DIFFERENT   ....!!!!!

 Me and my nephew Aniruddha were deeply engaged in spiritual chatting yesterday  !!!

I was telling him about God and devil.

He didnt understand what I mean by " devil ".

As Aniruddha is a great fan of Chota Bheem cartoon series, I explained him that devil is Shaitan.

Me  :   Do you know who is Shaitan ??

Aniruddha  :  I know him.  But didn't meet him personally  !!!!

ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಾಲಿಗೇಕೆ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಗೆಜ್ಜೆ ತೊಡಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ?

 ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯು ಮಂಗಳಕರ ಲೋಹ ವೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಯು ಅದೃಷ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿ ಯನ್ನು ತರುತ್ತದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯು antiimicrobial ಗುಣವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಇದು ಬ್ಯಾಕ್ಟಿರಿಯ ಸೋಂಕು ತಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ.

ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯು ದೇಹವನ್ನು ತಂಪಾಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಶಾಂತಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ರೋಗ ನಿರೋಧಕ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.ಮಕ್ಕಳ ದೇಹದ ಉಷ್ಣತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಸಣ್ಣಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಕಾಲ್ಗೆಜ್ಜೆ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಾರೆ.

 On the day before republic day mean yesterday  !!!  , I had called my nephew Aniruddha. 

We had conversation like this  ----

Me  : Happy Republic Day,  Aniruddha 

Aniruddha  :  Same to you  !!!! 

Me  :  Who is the first president of India  ??? 

Aniruddha  :  Rajendra Prasaad   !!! 

Me :  Its Babu Rajendra Prasaad

Aniruddha : No  ... In our school  ,  teacher said it is Rajendra Prasaad. 

Me :  In my school, they said it is Babu Rajendra Prasad   !!! 

There was a heated argument between us

Finally we both agreed to ask Gemini   !!! 

We asked Gemini about who is the first president of India

Gemini :  Rajendra Prasad  !!! 

Aniruddha beamed with pride. 

I felt low  .... 

I again asked Gemini, "  Who is Babu Rajendra Prasad  ?? 

Gemini  :  Both are same

                 :  Babu is the prefix used as token of respect. 

Now my face is beamed with pride  !!! 

Its a WIN - WIN situation. 

Donkey is dumb !!!!

 King of forest Lion was in close contact with cunning fox.

One day lion ordered fox to bring something to eat.

Fox went in search of food.

In the midway, it met donkey.

Fox to donkey :  Lion wants to crown you as King of Forest. Please come                                with me   !!!

Without second thinking, donkey went inside lion's den.

There hungry lion pounced on donkey and cut its ear  !!!!

Scared donkey somehow managed to escape from there.

After coming outside, donkey shouted at fox for betrayal.

Fox  :  You got him wrong !!!!  Lion was just trying to adjust your head so that crown can get fit in  !!!!

Donkey believed that and once again went inside the den.

This time lion has cut its tail  !!!!

Again donkey escaped and complained to fox.

Fox  :  Once again you have taken him wrong !!!  He has cut your tail so that you can sit on prestigious throne comfortably !!!!

Again donkey believed fox and went inside the den.

This time , lion didn't make mistake.  In just  one pounce, lion killed the donkey.

After that, lion asked fox to remove the skin of body of donkey.

Fox has taken the dead body outside.

Fox has eaten the brain of donkey completely and presented the remaining parts to Lion.

Lion was angry by not seeing the brain of donkey !!!!

Lion :  Where is the brain of donkey  ???!!!

Fox  :  Don't you know that donkey was dumb !!!

              That's why it had come near you thrice.......

 It was the darkest night.

Only me and Aniruddha were present in the house.

Aniruddha was busy in watching Chota Bheem cartoon on TV.

I was lighting the lamps as it was getting dark.

As I came to switch on the lights of TV room, I had a look at Aniruddha.

He was totally engrossed in watching cartoon.

A devilish thought came to my mind.

That is......

TO SCARE ANIRUDDHA  !!!!

He was sitting on the ground watching TV.

I slowly crawled to reach his back.

He was not at all alarmed !!!!

I slowly came near his ears through his back.

He  still didn't sense my presence.

I took a deep breath and gathered all my strength,

I shouted at his small ear,

                                    BOW   !!!!

Aniruddha got the shock treatment of his life time  !!!

In panic, he lied himself on ground and started crying loudly.......

I didn't know how to stop his crying .

My prank has backfired on me   !!!!!

I tried to lure him with different toys.

Finally I was succeeded in stopping his cry.........

Aniruddha was still teary eyed.

I felt sorry about him.... Not about my prank .....!!!!!!

We both started to watch Chota Bheem cartoon together holding each other's hand   !!!!!

ದೀಪಾವಳಿ ಯ ಸಡಗರ

 ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೀಪಾವಳಿ ಯ ಸಡಗರ

ಪಕ್ಕದ ಮನೆಯವನು ಬಿಡುವ ಪಟಾಕಿಗಳ ಅಬ್ಬರ 

ರಾತ್ರಿಯ ಆಕಾಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಣ್ಣ ಬಣ್ಣದ ಬೆಳಕಿನ ಚಿತ್ತಾರ

ರಾತ್ರಿ ಬರುವ ಮಳೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಉಂಟಾಗಿದೆ ಬೇಸರ 

ಮಳೆಗಾಲದ ಮಳೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ನಿಂತಿಲ್ಲ 

ರಾತ್ರಿಗೆ ಪಟಾಕಿ ಬಿಡಲು ಬಿಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ  !!!

ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯೂ ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ದೀಪಾವಳಿ 

ಸಂಜೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಶುರು ಗುಡುಗು - ಮಿಂಚಿನ ಹಾವಳಿ    !!!!

 Aniruddha and I always talk on video call and play Koun Banega Karodpati game.

In our game, I am the Quiz master and Aniruddha is the contestant !!!

Here begins our game ......

Me  :    Let's start playing Koun Banega Karodpati  !!!

Aniruddha  :  Without money...........!!!

Me  :  Which is the largest glacier in the world ???

Aniruddha didn't waited for the options.

Aniruddha  :   Lambert glacier .....

Me  :  Wrong answer ..   

           You could have waited till I tell the options 

Aniruddha  :  It is the correct answer !!!  

                            You better ask Google ...........

Me   :   Where is this glacier ?

Aniruddha  :   It is in Antarctica......

Me  :  But Amitabh Bachchan said ,  Siachen glacier is the largest.

Aniruddha thought for some time....

Aniruddha  :   Siachen glacier is the second largest non polar glacier.

                             But you just said glacier !!!

                             Didn't specify whether it is polar or non polar

                             According to that, what I said was also correct.

I once again watched the episode completely in which question was there, just to know what was the correct form of question.....

Aniruddha was right  !!!

 I remembered this incident when my nephew Aniruddha was just 2 years old.

Aniruddha was still crawling at that time.

As a toddler, he was very cute and everyone who meet him either kissing him on his cheek or asking him to kiss them  !!!

This was quite an usual thing those days.

As Aniruddha 's parents are working in Bangalore, it was the time for Aniruddha to depart.

Being teary eyed, we all bid adieu to him asking him to keep in touch with phone calls.

Aniruddha was promptly calling us through video call.

As we have got used to it, we were asking him to kiss us as it was the video call !!!

Believe it or not,  Aniruddha was kissing on our photo being shown at smartphone screen  !!!

My brother was mumbling that smartphones are getting spoilt because of Aniruddha 's saliva  !!!

 My nephew is Aniruddha. Son of my brother.

My father  = My brother's father  =  Grandfather of Aniruddha.

Hope relationship is clear now.

Aniruddha had come to our house  to spend summer holidays.

It was a sunny weekday.

My father and brother  were having a deep discussion in the hall.

Aniruddha was busy in wandering here and there.

I was in room .  I called Aniruddha near me.

Me :  Aniruddha,  your father and grandfather are sitting on sofa.

Aniruddha  :  Yes.....

Me  :  Go near them and find out what they are discussing......!!!

Aniruddha  :  OK.

But soon Aniruddha returned near me with a sad face.

Me  : Did you get information ???

Aniruddha  (  pointing towards sofa  )  :  He scolded me...

Me  :  Its  OK.  Fathers are like that, always scolding.

Aniruddha :  (  making a long face  )

                       :  Its not my father 

                       :    Its  YOUR   FATHER who scolded me   !!!!!!

 This incident happened when my nephew Aniruddha was just 2 years old.

Aniruddha is hygienic freak since his childhood  !!!!

That day was a sunny day.

Morning we all got up by hearimg the loud crying of  Aniruddha.

First we took his crying lightly, but soon we also got tensed by knowing what had happened.

Aniruddha was crying saying that he WANTS A BESH   !!!!

Now what is a BESH   ??!!!

We all know what is a mesh but what is a besh ??!!

Volume of Aniruddha's crying was increasing like a skyrocket !!!

I have the habit of freshening up in the morning after sipping morning tea.

I was about to  rinse my mouth with water,  I heard Aniruddha's voice .... BESH   ..... BESH.......

I was holding toothbrush in my hand.

Aniruddha was pointing at my hand.

Then we understood what Aniruddha meant by  BESH ......

BESH     ======     TOOTH BRUSH   !!!!!

Pirates or terrorists ?? Feat. Kids are always kids !!!!

 Me and my nephew Aniruddha love to discuss global issues  !!!!

One day we were discussing about crisis in Somalia, a country in African continent.

Me  :   Somalia is notorious for terrorists.

Aniruddha  :  They are pirates not terrorists  !!!!

Me  :  Both are same.....

Aniruddha  :  Pirates just loot the people, they don't kill

Me  :  Pirates attack the ship and hold people captive.

Aniruddha  :  They just torture them, don't kill  ....!!!!!

Me  :   But captives die...

Aniruddha  : Captives might have died because of blood loss ....!!!!

We both started quarreling.

Finally my mother intervened and stopped our discussion  !!!!

 My nephew Aniruddha is a huge fan of RCB. 

RCB has won IPL 2025 cup after a long wait of 18 years, 

When the winning team arrived to home ground, a victory parade and felicitation program was organised without taking proper security measures. 

Organisers didn't have any idea of amount of fan gathering. 

RCB fans had gathered in a huge amount to have the glimpse of their favorite players. 

Over enthusiasm of RCB fans had resulted in stampede and resulted in the death of 11 people. 

. 

All these were the flashbacks. 

I wanted to know what is Aniruddha's reaction on this topic. 

We were on phone call. 

Me  :  Aniruddha,  finally RCB has won the cup in  IPL   !!! 

Aniruddha  :  (  being very happy  )   YES.... 

Me   :  Why didn't you attend the victory parade   ??!!! 

Aniruddha  :  I don't believe in all those things..... 

Me  :  You could have watched your favorite RCB players live. 

Aniruddha :  I prefer to watch them on TV..... 

Me  :  Good decision.  You saved your life   !!! 

Me  :  There were news that final game was match fixed..... 

Aniruddha  : Why do you think so  ?? 

Me  :  RCB had asked for permission for victory parade before starting of match. 

Me  :  How do they know before in hand that they are going to win  the match  ?? 

Aniruddha:  Who said you all these  ?? 

Me  :  Politician  Kumaraswamy   !!! 

Aniruddha  : Do you believe him   ?? 

Me  : Yes.. Don't you feel something fishy ?? 

Aniruddha  : Don't ever try to call me from nowonwards.... !!! 

Saying that, he has cut the phone call and is not in touch   ...!!!!

 RCB was victorious  in yesterday's IPL final match.

My nephew Aniruddha is very happy.

IPL had started beforw he took birth.

As soon as Aniruddha started observing things, he is the biggest fan of RCB.

Every year, when IPL season starts, he want RCB to win all the matches it is playing   !!!!

Whenever RCB is going to play the match,  Aniruddha is wearing RCB jercy and cheering them.

All these years, I used to think

 " Everytime Aniruddha is cheering for RCB.

    But RCB is failing to qualify even for play offs  !!!  "

This year RCB has broken the jinx and emerged as WINNER  !!!

I am  thinking of gifting Aniruddha, RCB flag.

Aniruddha already has RCB jercy with him.

Now from next year, Aniruddha is going to cheer for RCB wearing the jercy and waving the flag too  !!!

He is the one....

 Shambhu is my neighbour.

He is good looking, good personality and always have a smile on his face.

If he wants to go out, he has to pass my house........

I always  look at him through my window facing the road.

He is aware that I am looking at him.

But he never turns and look at me.

But as soon as he passes across my window,  a smile will be always there on his face.

This incident is really making me to blush.....

As usual, Shambhu was on his way.

Me......  Looking at him through the window 

When he was about to pass my window, rain started to pour from now here.

This pre monsoon rain is very unpredictable.

Shambhu was not having an umbrella with him.

Rain has already started to pour.

Shambhu didn't know what to do.

He was about to run......

Suddenly Shambhu looked at the window 

There I was......   Looking a him......

He didn't think any thing.  

He just jumped the compound wall,  came near the window

He was already wet ....  Drops of water were falling from his moustache.......

Shambhu  tried to come inside the room through the window......

Wait.......  Wait......

Why Shambhu want to come inside through the window ......  ???!!!

Shambhu is the pet tomcat of my neighbour  .....!!!!

 This article describes various pranks done by my nephew Aniruddha.

When Aniruddha had come for his summer vacation, we both had a gala time.

I asked him, Is he doing same pranks in his house also ?

Aniruddha :  I help my mother when she is cooking !!!!

Me  :  How do you help your mother in the kitchen  ???

Aniruddha  :  I bring vegetables that she need for cooking.....

I felt proud of Aniruddha.

At this young age , he is going to market to bring vegetables  !!!!

At that time, my sister in law joined us.

Me  :  Aniruddha is telling that he helps you in the kitchen by bringing vegetables.  Is that true ???

Sister in law  :  Yes  !!!

Me  :  Aniruddha has grown up and now, bringing the vegetables from market.   Unbelievable .......

Sister in law  :  No... No....  He brings vegetables from fridge   !!!!!!

 Yesterday was Sunday.

There was a big match between RCB and Delhi IPL cricket match.

It was happening in Bangalore.

My nephew Aniruddha also stays in Bangalore !!!!

He is a great fan of RCB since the starting year of IPL.

Every year when IPL starts, he always chants  Ee Sala Cup Namde  !!!!

Though it has not come true !!!

This year RCB is in first 4 teams who will go to play offs.

Aniruddha now only celebrating wearing RCB jercy  !!!

When he called me yesterday, he was in full preparation to watch the match on TV.

I just joked that in today's match, RCB will lose as opponent team is second table topper Delhi  !!!

RCB always rely on Kohli.

If Kohli bats well, then team wins. Otherwise.........

But  I am also RCB fan.

But I don't express myself  !!!!

I will post this article Monday morning.....

As I will come to know  who has won the match.

If RCB wins,  Aniruddha promised me that he will give pizza party  !!!

 My nephew Aniruddha can tell the name of the currency of any country on his own.

Even i tried to remember some of the currencies of different countries.

I could not !!!

But I remembered currency of Chile as Peso.

Happy with that, I asked Aniruddha Does he know the currency of Chile ???

He was silent .....

I thought Aniruddha may not be knowing the answer.

I said  in a winning tone, It is peso !!!!

Aniruddha now started to talk.....

Peso is not the currency of Chile only.

It is the currency of 8 former Spanish colonies.
