Generosity of Karna

It was the 17th day of Kurukshetra war. Fight between Arjuna and Karna

 took place. In the battle, Karna was severely injured and lying down on

 ground. 

That time, a beggar came near him asking for alms. The begger is none other 

than Krishna himself. He has come to check the generosity of Karna. 

As Karna is lying down on ground, injured and  bleeding all over his body,

 begger had asked him for alms. Karna didn't say no. 

With great difficulty, Karna took out the 2 golden teeth from his

 mouth and gave them to begger. 

But begger was furious seeing that Karna is giving the blood laden golden

 teeth as alms. 

He refused to accept the alms. That time, Karna just pierced the ground

 from one of his arrows. Water came as fountain. In that water, Karna

 washed the teeth and then presented them to begger. 

During his last times also, Karna didn't leave the habit of generosity.
