Bheja fry question

 This bheja fry question I heard it recently on web radio.

Question 

A woman was watching a murder happening.. 

She cries out loud. 

But she didn't do anything. 

Why  ?

Answer 

I really thought atleast she should have informed the police  !!!! 

But my fear ended up in a laugh. 

She  was watching a movie    !!!!
