Question
Which action in cricket is responsible for a out when a wide ball is played ??
1. Caught
2. Leg Before Wicket , LBW
3. Stumped
4. Bowled
Answer
First we will fimd out what is a wide ball ???
As I saw from watching TV, if the ball played goes beyond the bat of the batsman, means it is impossible for batsman to play a shot, then it is a wide ball.
If the ball is going beyond the bat of the batsman.
Then it should not be a
BOWLED OR . LBW OR CATCH !!!
As batsman didn't touch the ball.
So then it has to be the remaining one,
STUMPED OUT !!!
