Facts about dwarf planet Pluto

Pluto once was a planet but now it is a dwarf planet.

Pluto's surface is a frozen solid.

Beneath its  nitrogen icy layer, there might be a hidden ocean of liquid water.

The idea of liquid water at such a distant world may seem surprising, but studies show that ocean could be deeper than earth's crust and denser than earth's sea water.

The lack of bulge at Pluto's equator hints at liquid interior.

There are evidence of water freezing beneath the nitrogen ice.

Despite these findings, the concept of Plutonian ocean is still debated.

Some scientists argue that the present evidences could be circumstantial.
