North African Ostrich is the tallest living bird in the world.

4. Ostriches have fine eyelashes that protects them from sand and dust.
5. Ostriches can run continuously at the speed of 48 km per hour.
6. Northern African ostrach is critically endangered because of habitat loss and over hunting.
