Confusing question

 This question was asked on Koun Banega Karodpati program.

Question 

Maharashtra state is sharing border with 6 other Indian states. The name of 5  states are  Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka.

Which is the 6th state ?

There is no options for this question   !!!

Answer 

This question requires a good knowledge of geography of Indian states.

I asked the same question with many people.

None of them gave the correct answer.

The 6th state every one is getting confused.

Even in telecasted program,

If options were there, everyone would tell the correct answer  !!!!

Moreover, life lines can not be used.

Even in Koun Banega Karodpati program, 

Contestant failed to give correct answer..

He gave the answer as Andhra Pradesh, as Telangana is already there, in the question itself.

Both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana together were undivided Andhra Pradesh.

But Maharashtra shares its border with Telangana only.

Then which is the 6th state ???

Maharashtra shares its border with undivided Madhya Pradesh  !!!

That means now it shares border with both Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgadh.

So,

6th state is                       Chattisgadh  !!!!
