213    =   36

214  =    47

215    =   ??

Answer 

Let us look at first line ,  212   =  25

Take 212,  keep  the right hand side 2 as it is.

Now add remaining digits  1 and 2  

We get  1  +  2  =  3

Now add 2 more to it.   3   +   2    =   5

Finally  we get 2 and  5  =>  25

Take 213, keep the right hand side  3 as it is

Now add  1 and 3

We get  1  +   3   =   4

Now add 2 more to it ,  2  +  4   =  6

Finally we get 3 and 6   =>  36

Take  214,,  keep the right hand side  4 as it is

Now add 1 and  4

We get  1   +   4   =   5

Now add 2 more to it,   2  +   5   =   7

Finally we get 4  and  7  =>   47

Take  215,  keep the right hand side  5  as it is

Now add 1  and  5

We get  1  +   5    =   6

Now add  2 more to it, 2  +  6   =   8

Finally we get    58
