Answer 

By reading the question we can easily tell that the question is about South American continent.

Only South American continent has both Andes mountains and Pacific coast  !!!!

All the 4 options are South American countries.

Now the country must be having both  Andes mountains and Pacific coast.

Brazil can not be the answer as it don't have mountains.

Uruguay has Atlantic ocean coast line.

Bolivia is a landlocked country.

So answer is     CHILE    !!!!!

Chile is not the only country which has both Andes mountain and Pacific coast.
