What is the unusual thing about the flag ??
It is one of the few national flags that feature human figures !!!
The flag depicts two men, one black and one white, holding tools and surrounded by national symbols.
The two men represent the Mestizo and African heritage of Belize.
The tools they are holding signifies the agricultural and forestry industries of the country.
50 olive leaves on the border signifies the year 1950.
It is the most colourful national flag with highest 12 colours in it !!!
