Why is there no lighting in Tajmahal at the dusk ???

 Tajmahal is one of the 7 wonders of the world.

Unlike many historical landmarks, Tajmahal remains unadorned with lights at dusk.

Primary reason is the attraction of lights by insects.  This could lead to potential damage to the monument.

Presence of light also raises security concerns around the monument.
