I am writing this blog article with  a devilish smile on  my face  !!!!

Because In a country wide showing program like Koun Banega Karodpati, the answer given to this question is wrong  !!!

I have caught the mistake  !!!!

Just have a look at the above question.

They are asking which Indian state is largest by area ???

A school going kid also gives the answer as Rajasthan  !!!

But Amitabh Bachchan said it is Madhya Pradesh .....

Madhya  Pradesh was the largest state by area few years back.

Then the state has been divided into  2 states.  Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgadh.

After that division, Rajasthan has become the largest state by  area.

Producers of this program need to update their general knowledge.

Nothing can escape from my eagle eyes   !!!

Why is Pluto not considered as a planet?

 Scientists have formed 3 criteria to define a planet.

They are  -----

1.  It must orbit around the Sun.

2.  It must have enough mass to draw itself  into a round shape.

3.  It must have cleared all other celestial bodies, exept its own moons, from its orbit.

Based on the third requirement, scientists declared that Pluto is no longer qualified as  a planet.

Because of its position in cluttered Kuiper belt, where thousands of objects sits beyond the orbit of Neptune, Pluto is not gravitationally dominant object in iits neighborhood.    

Thus Pluto is not a planet.

Kids are always kids !!!

 This incident happened when my nephew Aniruddha was just 3 years old.

Aniruddha had just started to talk.

Now he had become so talkative that he could talk to a stone also  !!!

One day we all went to attend a family function.

As usual, Aniruddha befriended with all the children present there and started playing with them..

When he finished playing, he was all covered with dust and sweat.

I was horrified by watching him like that.

I asked him, With whom he was playing all these time ??

Aniruddha just said  Lalli  !!!

I was surprised by hearing that.

It was just a while ago, we had come to attend the function.

In this small interval,  Aniruddha came in close contact with a child, that too a girl  !!!

And calling her by pet name also , Lalli !!!!

But we can still think of one more probability.

Naseeruddin and his flying donkey

 One fine  day , Mulla Naseeruddin decided to teach his donkey how to fly!!!

He along with donkey went to the terrace.

Standing on the edge of the terrace, he just gave a little push to animal 

Donkey was in the air . Poor animal was searching for something to hold on.

 When this incident happened, my nephew Aniruddha was a kid.

Aniruddha had gone for a haircut in nearby shop.

I have long hair. 

By watching him, my mother started to tease him saying 

 Aniruddha is bald with no hair on his head

But Pallavi is having long hair  !!!!

By listening to the song,  Aniruddha started crying !!!!

Made it to hang along his hands by twisting it  !!!!

Who is the murderer ???

 It was a busy Friday for inspector.

That time his telephone rang. 

Postman of that area was calling and he said that he has found a dead body of the old man who was living alone. 

Inspector reached the spot. 

Inspector observed 2 packets of milk and  yesterday 's newspaper laying in front of the house.

It was obvious that before postman,  milk delivery man and newspaper man had come to house. 

Inside the house, old man was strangled to death.

Inspector has observed that there were 2 packets of milk but only one copy of newspaper. 

Thinking that milk man arrives after newspaper man.

That time he killed the old man. 

But milk delivery man was unaware of this and delivered the milk. 

Old man could not take milk as he was already dead.

Newspaper boy had killed him by that time. 

Next day milk man who is unaware of all this, had delivered the milk..

But newspaper boy knew it already that old man was dead, (( he himself killed him )

Didn't take the trouble of delivering the newspaper   !!!!

Yesterday was the 3rd cricket match between India and South Africa.

India lost the toss and had to bat first.

In the second ball of the first over itself opening batsman Samsun got out for a duck  !!!

At that time, I remembered in the last match also, same thing had happened.

South Africans were celebrating as if they have won the game  !!!

Tilak was the new batsmen to come to crease.

As soon as he came, he had hit a 6 and a 4 !!!

He along with another opening batsman Abhishek had successfully managed to keep the run rate around 12 per over despite losing an early wicket.

Both were batting as if they are in a competition of Who is going to complete half century first  !!!

Abhishek completed his half century first but got out in the next ball.

Captain Surya had come to bat but departed early.

Hardik Pandya came to bat and was able to score some runs.

Rinku Singh had joined.

But it was Tilak who was scoring not getting tensed about falling wickets.

Tilak along with Rinku Singh managed a partnership of 58 runs.

Out of which Rinku had scored only 8 runs !!!

This shows how batting of Tilak was.......

Tilak completed his well deserved century which was the need of the hour.

After reading the question, I thought who will remember the currency of different countries   ??!!

But options contained the name of South American countries.

Out  of them, I know currency of Chile is Peso.

I didn't know the currencies of remaining 3 countries.

But I strongly felt it must be Bolivia !!!

Because currency name is  Boliver.

We know France had currency called Frank.

European continent is having currency called Euro.

On the same way Bolivia must be having currency Boliver  !!!!!

But it is the question of 25 lakhs !!!!

Why would they ask such an obvious question ???

So Bolivia could not be the answer.

Chile is not the answer.

Simple and easy solution

 It was a famous soap production factory.

The soap manufactured in the factory is very famous for its quality.

Once the packet in which soap cake is kept, was empty   !!!!

In all other packs, soap cake was kept but only in one pack, soap cake was missing !!!

This perticular soap pack is bought by a person who was shocked by seeing the empty packet. 

Soon the news became viral on both social media and newspapers.

Sales of that perticular soap got hit and factory started to face losses. 

Owner of the soap factory was worried and consulted experts to rectify the issue in coming days. 

Experts suggested to keep a  laser sensor  before dispatching the soap to make sure they really contain soap cake inside the packet.

Likewise owner arranged for those costly laser sensors.

He called a press meet to describe what are the precautions they have taken before dispatching for market. 

A reporter suggested a simple and easy solution for the problem. 

Instead of keeping those costly laser sensors, owner could have kept a turning fan  !!!!

If the packet is empty, it will just get blown away leaving behind the correct filled packets  !!!! 

Animals believed to predict the future

 Many animals are believed to have strong senses that can help them predict future.

Recently, a baby hippopotamus had predicted the win of Donald Trump  in US presidential election.

Kids are always kids !!!!

 From today , T20 matches between South Africa and India starts.

On this occasion, I remembered this funny incident .

Me and my nephew Aniruddha were playing a game.

Game rule is simple. 

We must tell the name of a cricketer of any country in the alphabetical order !!!

The game was going smooth. 

But when it comes to letter  'j', problem started....

For letter ' j', I said Jayasuriya.

Aniruddha said  Jansen . 

Now here the problem started. 

Though the name of the cricketer, is written as "Jansen", it is spelled as " yansen".!!!!

According to Aniruddha , how we write the name, that way must be considered. So the name come in the category of letter  ' j  '

 But according to me, the name should come in the category of letter 'y'.

There was a heated exchange of words between us. 

Result  : The game we were playing was abandoned indefinitely  !!!!! 

Animals that adopt other species

 These animals show strong nurturing instincts. They adopt animals from different species and show their maternal instincts.

 In the recently telecasted episode of Koun Banega Karodpati program, host Amitabh Bachchan said this.

Amitabh Bachchan along with his friends was struggling to get a job.  Every time they were getting rejected. 

Dejected by this, one of the friends of Amitabh Bachchan said, I wonder why did my parents give birth to me  ??!!

Even Amitabh Bachchan thought the same. 

He directly went inside the house and shouted at his father,  why did you give birth to me   ??!!

His father did not say anything. 

Later that day, Amitabh Bacchan found a piece of paper with writing on it. 

It was from his father, 

Today my son asked me, why did I give birth to him  ???

I didn't know the answer. 

Even I wonder, why did my father give birth to me   ??!!!
