Which river in Europe ??

 This question was asked on Koun Banega Karodpati program.

Question 

Which river in Europe flows through more than 10 countries including Hungary and Germany  ??

1. Volga

2.  Rhone 

3.  Danube 

4.   Rhine 

Answer 

All the above rivers flows in European continent.

Though Volga river flows in Russia and Russia is spread in both Asia and Europe,

Volga rivwr mainly flows entirely in European Russia and drains into Caspian sea.

Volga is ruled out  !!!

 

River Rhone flows through Switzerland and France and drains into Mediterranean sea.

Rhone ruled out  !!!

River Rhine flows through Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein , Germany, France and Netherlands and drains into North sea.

It flows through Germany but not through Hungary.

Rhina ruled out  !!!!

River Danube flows through 10 countries and drains into Black sea. It flows through ---

Germany ,       Austria     ,     Slovakia,      Hungary,      Croatia,     Serbia,   Bulgaria,    Romania,          Moldova  and Ukraine.
