If we closely observe, we will come to know the required pattern  !!!!

Pattern is , 

Add the 2 numbers given together. (  first no  +   second no  )

Multiply the sum by first number  !!!

Let us start solving

Given      8  +   4   =   96

According to pattern,

              8  +   4   =  12

==>>      12   *   8    =   96

Given    7   +  2   =   63

According to pattern,

            7   +    2   =    9

==>>    9   *   7   =   63

Hence    7  +   9   =  16

==>>     16  *  7  =  112   !!!
