Smallest airports around the world

 Airports are known for their wider space, massive equipment and of course the huge aircraft.

But there are some small airports in the world.

1.  Juancho Yrausquin airport, Dutch Caribbean island 

                     This is the world's smallest airport. This airport has world's shortest commercial runway. 

2.  Moshoeshoe airport ,  Lesotho, South Africa 

                      Longest runway of this airport is 3 km long.

3.  Barra airport,  Scotland 

                        In this airport, scheduled flights use a tidal beach as the runway.

4.  Morgantown Municipal airport, West Virginia, USA

                        Runway of this airport is just 804 meters long. One can easily watch taking off and landing of planes from a nearby restaurant.
