What causes gravitational force on Earth ?

Gravitational force is caused because of the interaction between two masses.

When an object with mass is placed within the Earth's gravitational field, the two masses interact.

The Earth's gravitational field pulls the object towards its center while the object's gravitational field pulls the Earth towards its center !!!!

Since object mass is negligible compared to the mass of Earth, object's gravitational pull is also negligible.

More massive size is the object, stronger gravitational force it experiences.

Closer the object to the center of Earth, more gravitational pull it experiences.

On Earth, gravitational force is what keeps us wnd objects on ground. It makes things fall and it holds atmosphere in its place.
