Usually these type of questions are always asked in quiz program.

So I knew the answer !!!!

But what all I searched on web, I was getting different answers.

All the options given were the answers to the question  !!!!

True, the above mentioned countries, all of them, witness new year before to other countries.

But out of them which one is the first ??!!!

My thorough searching yielded this result....

1.  Kiribati 

2.  Vanautu

They all situated near international timeline.

In few seconds apart, these countries welcome new year  !!!!
