Answer 

This I got from Google. 

22  = (2 + 2) ( 2 - 2) = 40

35 = ( 3 + 5) (  5 - 3 ) = 82

81 = ( 8 + 1) ( 8 - 1) =  97

43 =  ( 4 + 3) ( 4 - 3) = 71

56 = ( 5 + 6) (6 - 5)  =  111

Similarly. 

89  = (  8  + 9) ( 9 - 8)  =  171
