 Africa is the hottest continent on earth.

1.  It experiences some of the highest temperatures globally.

2.  Sahara desert makes Africa very hot. Desert spans over 11 countries !!!!

3.  Africa gets direct sunlight all year.  Equatorial regions have minimal seasonal changes.

4.  Desert and dry areas keep heat trapped.  Rainfall is very low in this region,

5.  Vegetation is sparse in these areas.
