Bheja Fry Question

 Question

A circle is perfectly inscribed inside a square. If the area of square is 64 cm '2, what is the area of circle ??

Answer

We know the area of square as 64 cm2.

=>> Area of square = side2 = 64

==>> side = sqrt 64

==>>side  =  8  cm

Circle is perfectly inscriptions inside the square.

==>>  side of square  =  diameter of circle

==>>  8 cm

We know

 diameter of circle  =  2  × radius of circle

Radius  =   diameter  ÷ 2

Radius  =  8  ÷  2

Radius =  4 cm

Area of circle,

                    π × radius^ 2

                    π ×  16

                    3.14  ×   16

                     50.24

Area of circle  =  50.24  cm2   !!!
