All of us know that Antarctica lies in southern hemisphere. It is the southern most continent in the world.
Antarctica has no fixed cities or villages.
It has only research base and weather stations.
Many South American cities claim to be the southernmost city of the world.
But according to atlas,
PUERTO TORO, CHILE is considered as southernmost permanent city in the world.
It is the place where people dwell 24 hours in 365 days.
There are only 36 inhabitants of Puerto Toro. They are mostly fishermen and their families.
