Difference between snake and earth worm

  Despite their outward resemblance, snakes and earth worms represent widely different branches  !!!

I have listed down the differences   -----

1.   Snakes are reptiles.

      Earthworms are Worms.

2.  Snakes have backbones.

      Earthworms don't have.

3.  Snakes have dry scales has body covering.

      Earthworms have moist skin.

4.  Snakes breath through lungs.

      Earthworms breath through skin.

5.  Snakes are carnivorous.

     Earthworms feed on decaying organic matter.

6.  Snakes slithers using muscles and scales.

     Earthworms move by contractung their body segments.
