1. Concrete can take 10 - 20 ton machines working all day.
It will not crack if things drop.
2. Concrete is cheap for larger areas.
3. Concrete is fire proof and chemical resistant.
4. If a part cracks, we can patch up that part. No need to replace whole floor !!!
5. Concrete can be made dead flat . It doesn't vibrate much.
6. It is easy to clean. Just sweep and mop !!!
