ಹುರಿಗಡಲೆ ಬರ್ಫಿ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ

ಈ ಬರ್ಫಿ ಉಳಿದ ಬರ್ಫಿ ಗಳ ಹಾಗಲ್ಲ. ತುಂಬಾ ಸುಲಭ ವಾಗಿಮತ್ತು ಬೇಗನೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಾದ ರೆಸಿಪಿ .




ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು 


ಹುರಿಗಡಲೆ -   11/2 ಕಪ್
ಕಾಯಿಸಿ ದ್ರವ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ತುಪ್ಪ - 2 ಕಪ್
ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ ಪುಡಿ - ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
ಪುಡಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಕ್ಕರೆ - 1 ಕಪ್ ಅಥವಾ ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು




ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ 


ಮೊದಲು ಹುರಿಗಡಲೆ ಯನ್ನು ಹಸಿ ವಾಸನೆ ಹೋಗುವವರೆಗೆ ಹುರಿಯಿರಿ . ನಂತರ ಇದು ಬಿಸಿ ಆರಿದ ನಂತರ ಮಿಕ್ಸಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ತರಿ ತರಿಯಾಗಿ ಪುಡಿ ಮಾಡಿ . ಈಗ ಇದನ್ನು ಜರಡಿ ಹಿಡಿದು ನಂತರ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪುಡಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ ಪುಡಿ ಸೇರಿಸಿ . ನಂತರ ತುಪ್ಪವನ್ನು ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟು ಚಪಾತಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟಿನ  ಹದಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ .


ಒಂದು ಬಟ್ಟಲಿಗೆ ತುಪ್ಪ ಸವರಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಹಿಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಹರಡಿ . ಬೇಕಾದ ಆಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿ .

Don't accept defeat before participating ....

Dev is learning violin . Nowadays he can play it easily . He has practised in both classical as well as western version of music .

By seeing his dedication and enthusiasm in playing violin , his master was very much pleased . He wanted Dev to assist great vocalists when they are singing .

He said the same to Dev . By hearing that , Dev's legs started trembling . He pleaded with master not to do that .

But master was firm in his decision . Master wanted Dev to come out of that inferiority complex . He contacted a vocalist and requested him to join Dev in his group .

Vocalist agreed . Both of them , vocalist and Dev started practising together . Dev could.not catch the timing of rhythm .

Vocalist started growing impatient . He thought he has done a mistake by taking Dev in his group . Dev could feel the uneasiness in surroundings .

He wanted to prove himself . But the fear of humiliation after losing , made things worse . His master worried about Dev's future .

There was a competition held in city for violinists . Master enrolled Dev's name without informing him . On competition day , Dev had gone to attend the competition as a spectator .

But to his horror , his name was announced on mike as next participant ! Dev didn't know what to do . He went on playing whatever he knew . Whole atmosphere fell silent when he started playing violin .

There were whispers among audience . Dev thought from that day onwards , he will not touch violin . As he finished playing , whole room was filled with applause .!!

Why do we get a smell when cooking cabbage ?

Today morning my mother was preparing food for the afternoon lunch . She was preparing cabbage Sambhar . So she had to cook the cabbage in an open vessel . As the cabbage pieces were boiling , I started to get an unpleasant smell which made me little uncomfortable . I began searching for the cause of smell .


Then I found out that the smell is the result of hydrogen sulphide gas that has been released when the cabbage is cooked for too long . The longer the cabbage is cooked , that much stronger will be the odour .



If we want to eliminate this odour , cooking the cabbage quickly in an open pan is one of the option . But the smell is not too hard to tolerate .
