Snoring is a disease

 We snore when something restricts airflow during sleep. 


Long term snoring increases the risk of heart attack, stroke and other health problems. 



Snoring happens when airflow is forced through obstructed area. The soft tissues found in the path, bump into each other and vibrate, thus producing the sound.



Snoring disrupts sleep thus resulting in lazyness  and loss of concentration in the work.



Snoring can be treated by lifestyle changes and through meditation.
