We all know eggs can not be made to stand straight . This may be because of their elliptical shape . But yesterday I saw one video where the participants made the egg to stand straight !
Illustration is very simple . Sprinkle a little salt on a hard and flat surface . Now place the egg on salt . The egg will stand straight up !
Reason for this may be salt crystals are almost perfect cubes in structure and they form a sort of supporting base to the egg to stand straight .
