It means,
There is an obstruction or dangerous hazard ahead --- Drive carefully....
It is used to mark -----
1. End of road divider / median
2. A sharp curve or dead end
3. A bridge parapet or barrier
4. Road closed / diversion ahead
What we should do ??
Slow down and keep to the side indicated by the stripes. Ir is pointing away from obstacles !!!
If the stripes slopes down to left ===>>> Keep left
If the stripes slopes down to right ===>>> Keep right
