Pineapple-rice payasa

Ingredients

Cooked rice - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - a pinch or 1/2 tea spoon ( to get color)
Pineapple pieces - 3 to 6
Sugar - 1 cup or as per taste
Raisins and cashew pieces - little
Ghee - to fry dry fruits


Method


First  , prepare rice and make it ready . Now to this rice , add turmeric powder . Now add pineapple pieces and sugar as per taste  .

Now take ghee in a pan and in that , fry raisins and cashew pieces till they become red . Add the dry fruits to payasa and serve hot .
