National symbol of which country ??

  This question was asked on Koun Banega Karodpati program.

Soyombo which is derived from Sanskrit word Swayam Bhu,  meaning

 self born is a national symbol featured in which country's flag ??


1.  Mongolia 


2.  Kazakhstan 


3.  China


4.  South Korea

We will look into each county's flag  !!!


Flag of Kazakhstan features a sky blue background with a gold Sun and 32 rays above a soaring eagle in centre.


Kazakhstan ruled out !!!


In Chinese flag, we see one large gold star and 4 smaller gold stars  !!!


China is ruled out.


In South Korean flag, red and blue circle in the center and 4 black trigrams.


South Korea ruled out.


Flag of Mongolia is a vertical triband with a red stripe at each side and Mongolian Soyombo symbol centering on left most stripe.


Answer      Mongolia     !!!


I searched web for more information.


Soyombo DOES come from Sanskrit  !!!


A Mongolian Buddhist scholar created a new writing system.

He named that script  SOYOMBO  script  !!!


He took the Sanskrit word Swayam Bhu, and adapted it to Mongolian as Soyombo.


Soyombo means THE UNIVERSE   !!!!
