The first British prisoner of Indian Independence struggle

The first British prisoner of Indian Independence struggle

It may sound strange. But it is true. In England, G. Alfread A. was the editor of an English News paper. It was the year 1857. We all know that at this year, there was Sepoy mutiny in India against ruling British. The English editor covered this event.
He called it as  Indian Freedom Struggle. This enraged British. How they can tolerate a man in their own land, raising voice against them? They arrested the English Editor. But editor was firm about what he has written. Thus, he had been sent to jail . He became the first British prisoner of  Indian Independence struggle.
