Yesterday was the cricket match between India and Australia , 2nd one day international . India has won the match.
After watching the cricket match , I watched the presentation ceremony where they will declare man of the match. Virat Kohli was declared as the man of the match.
India chose to bat first. Virat kohli scored 92 runs. India has managed to put a decent target. Australia started to chase the target.
India bowled well too. Spinner Kuldeep Yadav got a hat trick of wickets . He has become the first Indian spin bowler to achieve a hat trick in one day international cricket .
That's not all. Fast bowler Bhuvaneshwar Kumar has taken 3 wickets giving just 9 runs . Overall it is the effort of Indian bowlers that helped India to win the match.
According to me , these 2 players must have been given man of the match award.
Because they have achieved milestone and helped India to win the match. But Virat Kohli was declared as the man of the match.
I was disappointed. Why there is discrimination between batsmen and bowlers?
