How to prepare watery chutney

 Required ingredients


Fried gram ( hurigadale ) - - 1 cup

Fresh coconut -- 1/2 cup

Ginger -- 1/2 inch

Green chillies -- 3

Tamarind --- marble size

Salt to taste


Method 


Add all the above ingredients to a mixer jar and grind without water .


Now add little water and a bunch of coriander leaves and grind coercely .


Add enough water to get the watery chutney.


Tempering 


To a pan , add 1 spoon oil , 1 spoon mustard seeds , 1/2 spoon urad daal , hing , bay leaves and broken byadagi dry chilly and cook it .


Add to chutney.


Now watery chutney is ready to serve.
