Its like a file where the government keeps
1. Letters between our country and other countries.
2. Agreements and treaties we signed.
3. Speeches by PM and foreign minister about foreign matters.
4. What our stand is on war, trade and problems with other nations.
Why blue colour ??
Long ago, important government reports were printed with BLUE COVERS.
So, people started calling them BLUE BOOKS !!!
Why do they make it ??
To tell people what the country is doing outside.
Proof of what decisions are taken.
So that everyone knows the official story.
