Effect of solar wind on earth
Solar wind has charged particles which are emitted from Sun's corona area. It has clouds called coronal mass ejections : make their way to Earth in 3-4 days.
They collide with the magnetic field of Earth . The particles leak into Earth's atmosphere , particularly near the south and north poles.
At that time, on polar atmosphere we can see these particles . These will be in the form of patterns produced by fire crackers.
