This phenomena is first observed by a Tanzanian student , Mpemba. Hence , his name was given to this phenomena.
If we are in cold country like Switzerland, there if we pour a bucket of hot water and also a bucket of cold water , down to ground from a high point , then the hot water when it touch ground , already be ice but the cold water in another bucket remains same.
Science still could not solve this puzzle. No satisfactory explanation is given.
