What are lab grown diamonds ??
Lab grown diamonds are the man made diamonds obtained under same pressure and heat as in the crust of earth.
They are ecologically friendly as they are free from mining.
They are cheaper than natural diamonds.
Instead of sourced from earth, these diamonds are obtained from the controlled environment of lab.
While natural diamonds take billions of years to form, these diamonds can be produced just in 1 - 2 months !!!
There are 2 methods to create lab grown diamonds.
1. High temperature High pressure
2. Chemical vapour deposition
India is the largest producer of lab grown diamonds.
