Unhealthy ' healthy ' foods

 1.  Banana chips 

                      They are made from bananas.  Seem like healthy food but they are deep fried.



2.  Multi grain bread

                       This bread often made with refined grains and lacks the fibre.




3.  Flavoured yogurt

                         Though this contains pro biotics and calcium,  it may have more sugar than other desserts.




4.   Protein bars

                      High in protein but also high in sugar and processed ingrendients.




5.  Packaged fruit juice 

                          They are not made from fruits  !!!!  They are stripped off fibres and concentrated in sugar.




6.  Zero maida instant noodles 

                          They contain refined carb with high sodium and additives.
