Countries starting with letter W

 Today itself I have come to know that there are some more countries starting from letter W.

I was thinking there is only one country WALES !!!

What about West Indies ??

West Indies is the name of group of islands.  West Indies itself is not a country.

Now what are the new countries starting with letter  W ???

1.  Western Sahara

               It is situated in African continent.  Capital is Laayourne.

It is part of Saharan desert.  The Atlantic coast line, though long, is generally barren.  There are no permanent rivers or lakes.

2.  Wallis and Futuna

              It is in Oceania continent and capital is Mata'utu.

It is consisting of 3 main volcanic islands namely Wallis, Futuna and Alofi. Islands are known for their vibrant Polynesian culture.
