Yesterday was the day of first T20 cricket match between India and South Africa . It was held at wanderers stadium in South Africa . Before to yesterday's cricket match , the cricket team who chased the target that is the team who batted second , had won the match on this stadium . Yesterday India lost the toss and had to bat first .
But history keeps on changing . Yesterday same thing happened . Indian openers Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma started off well , with 4s and 6s .
Dhawan scored 72 . All the batsmen came in the order scored well . Because of all their efforts , India has managed to score 203 in 20 overs .
As I am a Hardik Pandya fan , this blog article would be incomplete if I don't mention his contribution in batting . Though he came in the lower order when the match is going to end , he scored 13 runs in just 7 balls which includes 2 boundaries !
Looks like Hardik Pandya is back in batting form .
South Africa started chasing the target under lots of pressure . South African batsman Hendricks went on hitting and scoring . There was a moment it seemed South Africa is going to chase down the target successfully .
But that scare lasted only till Hendricks was on crease . He was the main scorer for South Africa . But Indian bowler Bhuvaneshwar Kumar shined by taking 5 wickets of South Africa .
Bhuvaneshwar Kumar is the only Indian bowler who has taken 5 wickets in all the 3 forms of cricket . No surprise that he is the man of the match too , as India won the match .
