Anxiety after pregnancy, ಬಾಣಂತಿ ಸನ್ನಿ

Anxiety is a mental health condition that leads to worrying thoughts, tense feelings and rise in blood pressure.

Anxiety after pregnancy is called postpartum anxiety.

This type of anxiety can become so severe that it intervenes with someone's ability to function.

These uncontrollable thoughts may come up in the mind.

1. Fears about baby's and one's own health.

2. A sense that something bad may happen.

3. Feeling excessively guilty.

Postpartum anxiety may make it harder for a parent to bond with the baby.

If left untreated, it may have the negative effect such as infants and negligence and infant death.

People experiencing this type of anxiety should consult with a doctor as soon as possible.
