Answer 

BRICS  is the group of nations consisting of  Brazil ,   Russia  ,    India   ,   China    and   South Africa.

Partner countries are not the full members of BRICS but they can participate in  BRICS summit and discussions strengthening its economic and diplomatic ties with the bloc.
