The shortest constitution in the world is a matter of debate.
Debates are like these ----
1. Monaco has the shortest written constitution. It has around 3814 words.
2. Indonesia has the shortest written constitution . It has around 1393 words.
But it has to be noted that the length of constitution doesn't necessarily determine its effectiveness or the quality of governance of the country.
The longest constitution is the Indian constitution.
It has 448 articles, 22 parts and 118377 words !!!
