Why no bridges on Amazon river ??

It is because of these reasons  -=--

1.  Amazon river is enormous, having huge width and depth during wet seasons in some areas.

2.  Water level of Amazon river changes dramatically between wet and dry seasons. It is difficult to determine a stable foundation point for bridge.

3.  Amazon river's currents are extremely strong. This would require a special design and construction of bridge.

4.  Amazon river area's soil is extremely soft and instable.  It is challenging to build a stable foundation for bridge.

5.  The river is situated in remote and inaccessible region, making it difficult and expensive to transport materials and equipments for constructing a bridge.
