Answer 

In Karnataka, we are watching the conflict going on between CM and DCM for power.

But question ia not about Karnataka  !!!

Out of given states,

Maharashtra is having 2 DCMs.

Uttar Pradesh is having one DCM.

Andhra Pradesh is having one DCM.

But Jharkhand don't have any DCMs.
