In India, petrol is measured in litres.

1 US Dollor == 100 INR
==>> Cost of 1 gallon of petrol
==>> 3.5 litre * 100 per litre ( in Rupees )
==>> 350 rs per gallon
Cost of 1 litre of petrol
==>> 100 rs per litre / 3.5 ( in dollors )
==>> 28.571 dollors per litre
